Lone Wolves Perish

BULLRING exists so that high achievers can stop going it alone.

The modern alpha male—executive, founder, managing director—stands alone in a figurative bullring: cheered, feared, and expected to bleed on command. Holding his poker face, he cannot be seen to falter, even as his oxygen runs out.

BULLRING exists to keep that man alive, healthy and in control long after the bell.

It is the place where physical conditioning, performance psychology and ruthless self-interrogation meet.

It is the trusted corner team for men who will not, and cannot, tap out.

Our Ethos

The Bull’s raw power and unmatched determination demand respect. But when charging head first at the matador, those very qualities become its undoing.

Power with Perspective

High performers often push forward relentlessly, ignoring the red flags and derailing their chances of sustainable success. Sometimes they reach their goals only to realise they have lost much of what they valued along the way.

BULLRING is here to reframe that journey and equip you for the challenges along the way.

Social Mission

A reach that extends beyond the Elite

We’re proud to have earned the trust and respect of some of the UK’s most influential and powerful men. Our focus on Leaders was always about the ripple effect. Men with partners. Children. Men who lead businesses that employ thousands. Men who are prominent and hold influence. Supporting those men to be better leaders, to become calmer operators- we’re not helping one man. We’re impacting hundreds of lives with each client we Coach.

Equally, we see Coaching is needed most at the other end of the spectrum. Both the BULLRING team and some of our exceptional clients have donated their time and money to supporting our partnerships with UK charities, working to improve the lives of disadvantaged young people in London.

BULLRING physical coaches volunteer Coaching time at this groundbreaking project in south London, working with young people at elevated risk of gang-related violence and exploitation. Carney’s is a long-term and consistent support in the lives of young people living through multiple deprivations in one of south London’s highest inequality boroughs. We are proud to work with them.

BULLRING partners with this brilliant charity providing supported apprenticeships in corporate settings for young people with no university education. Our Coaching team and our passionate clients have worked together to deliver high impact mindset and mental fitness seminars as part of the enrichment program the charity runs to support the young people on its work placements. BULLRING is the bridge and facilitator that allows disadvantaged young people to sit in a room with multi-millionaires and feel like equals, raising aspiration and making the impossible feel possible.

About the podcast

‘What Man am I?’ shares the unfiltered experiences of top performers with honesty and candour.

Through honest conversations and rigorous thinking, BULLRING Founder, Chris, sits down with guests to examine pressure, power, responsibility, work, family, and inner strength — going beneath the veneer to show the humanity and the struggles of those we label ‘elite’.

‍The Podcast exists to talk honestly about what it costs to take control of your life, how men give their power away without noticing and the trade offs of living with strength and discipline.

If you’re looking for comfort and reassurance, this probably isn’t for you.

If you’re willing to take an honest look at yourself— welcome.
