Whether you are navigating an urgent objective or seeking longer-term change, in our second meeting we identify the right Coaching format and timeframe to suit your needs. Once you’re happy with the way forward, we contract and begin the work.

Blended Delivery

Every session will begin with an audit of how you’re showing up to the session and what is at the forefront of your mind. Your Coach will strike the balance between being responsive to your state on the day, while Coaching you through the specific concepts and techniques from our toolkit that will move the needle for your specific set of challenges. No boilerplate, cookie-cutter, scripted sessions. 100% responsive Coaching, drawing on tried and tested techniques, tailored to your situation.

Relationship Over Transaction

That day’s session ends but the relationship doesn’t. In every Coaching session you will set a follow-up action that will move you forwards towards your goal and YOU will set the level of accountability you want from us. You want to check-in with us daily as you take game-changing action? We’ll systemise it. You rather wait till next time we meet to share your wins? We’ll match your preference.

I’ve got my gym routine locked down and think I’m in decent shape, how can you help me with mental fitness and performance?

Looking after your physical and mental health is about more than hitting the gym three times a week. How are you sleeping, what is your relationship with alcohol, what coping mechanisms do you resort to when you’re stressed and under pressure… these are some of the questions you will be able to answer clearly after your onboarding. Our Performance and Life Coaching programs are completely bespoke to you and the needs we identify together- the techniques, habits and deliverables we implement will be unique to you and what is going to move the needle on your priority areas of growth.

‘Life Coaching’ is always something I’ve been sceptical of, I’m not looking for a ‘guru’ to tell me what to do- how exactly do you think this type of Coaching can benefit me?

We’re glad you’re not looking for a guru because BULLRING is not that! We recognise and share the concerns about inauthentic ‘Life Coaches’ promising the world and delivering very little. BULLRING ensures that the definition of success is set by YOU- it’s our job to help you reach the version of yourself that, from where you stand now, YOU would judge to be a successful outcome. The scope of Coaching is also driven by you- yes, we have proven tools and techniques that we can draw upon and implement in our work with you- but this form of Coaching always begins with your honest assessment of where you are in your life and what you need to change. We will never suggest that you emulate a life that society holds up as ‘successful’ – definitions of success are deeply personal, as are the priorities a person sets in their life. We will support you to explore what these are for you, challenge your thinking and perception of yourself along the way, and provide the accountability needed to take massive action and make meaningful change that lasts.

What happens if I travel a lot for work - can I still do this type of Coaching?

Absolutely – we support clients across the world and across multiple time zones. If you’re ‘old school’ and work better face to face, we ask that you attend your first session in-person to build trust and connection with your Coach. We know that some clients actually find it easier to relax on a video call rather than face-to-face so if this is your preferred format then we will Coach you that way. Coaching of this kind is about high quality conversations. Geography is no obstacle - wherever you are in the world the commitment to positive change remains the same.
