Chemistry Check
Before anything else, we prioritise connection. Our initial meeting is about exploring the fit – do we feel we can help you, do you feel we’re the right Coaching team for you, and are we both excited to begin this partnership?

GROW Consultation
If we both agree to proceed, the second meeting is a deep-dive GROW consultation. Here, we define what success looks like for you over the next 6–12 months, audit your life load and commitments, and design a bespoke Coaching Plan that fits your life. Once you’re happy with the Plan, we contract and begin the work.

Injury Assessment & Program Design
Every new client will complete our KCM™ assessment as a first stop. With this overview of your kinetic chain function and range of movement across key muscle groups, we design a lifting and mobility program that gets you the gains you’re after while simultaneously pre-habbing any risk areas we identify.

Coaching Kickoff
The assessments completed, your program designed, we lock in your recurring Coaching sessions and kick off. You will work every week with your Coach both in and out of the gym to build your physical IQ, master your programmed movements and build intensity. Our recipe for results? Training smarter, for longer, with fewer injury interruptions- consistent gains compounded over time.

Program Offered:
We offer ongoing Coaching including all assessments, or, if you want to take your baseline before committing, you can opt for our standalone assessments.
- Audit and assess- KCM™ and Lifting Assessment bundle; two 75 minute appointments with follow up reports and analysis.
- Ongoing Coaching Plans- offered on a retainer basis, inclusive of lifestyle mapping, KCM™ Assessment, Lifting Assessment, program design and quarterly performance reviews.

What is different about BULLRING’s Physical Coaching compared to regular personal training?
We don’t do personal training, we do Coaching with a capital C. Personal trainers are all about the numbers- how many sessions can they book a day, how many blocks of training sessions can they sell you up front. Behind the scenes this means they’re overworked, drained, and simply ill-equipped to keep supporting clients outside of the time they are face to face.
BULLRING is different. We’re not playing a numbers game- we’re premium and we’re quality focussed. Your Coach doesn’t stop being your Coach when your session is over and you walk out of the gym. From complete programming and accountability when you’re training on your own to virtual coaching ad support when you’re on holiday or travelling for work – we’re about the relationship.
We train and renumerate our elite Coaches to have the capacity to support your wellbeing beyond just the contact time you have each week. That, and the fact our Coaches are former elite athletes with years of Coaching experience. They also won’t disappear for weeks at a time because their mate just invited them to go and party for a month in Ibiza. Elite, professional Coaches, for elite professional clients.
Can I just try out a few sessions and see how I feel after that?
We don’t do drop ins, but we make sure you understand everything about how we work before you commit to working with us. Physical Coaching programs are on a three month minimum contract, but we advise clients not to begin unless they can see themselves committing to at least 6 months of sustained work with a Coach. We’re not for everyone, but if we’re not for you we can help by referring you on.
What happens if I travel a lot for work or I’m only in London a day or so a week- can this work for me?
Absolutely – we have many clients in this position. We ask that you attend your KCM™ assessment in person and aim to be face-to-face once a week for the first month of Coaching- long enough to build some familiarity with both your Coach and the moves in your program. After that the choice as to whether you do your sessions with us in person or virtually is up to you. Any virtual session we deliver to you, the Coach will always be on-site at our facility and always equipped to demonstrate and talk you through exercises hands-free with equipment you have used in person in the gym with us. If you know where you’ll be staying or what you’ll have access to we invite you to share that with us so we can adapt and tailor your program to suit the equipment you have access to. We have delivered virtual sessions to clients in the world’s most exclusive gyms as well as tiny hotel rooms with just enough space to lie down in. Geography is no obstacle, our commitment remains the same.
