Physical Coaching Sessions
Work directly with your Physical Coach in high-impact, in-person sessions designed to hit your physical goals while building your mental toolkit- expect an emphasis on developing fortitude and resilience through physical challenge and learning how to reframe adversity in the mind.

90-Day Performance and Life Coaching Blueprint
Dedicated time with a Performance and Life Coach each week to audit, analyse and set goals across life pillars you identify as critical, beyond your physical training. Sessions are a combination of open conversation, active listening and workshopping challenges you bring in real time.

Elite-Level Accountability & Support
Each week you will commit to instigating and maintaining new physical and mental habits that further your goals- morning mindfulness and mobility, rules around phone use, whatever else we identify that will move the needle for your specific challenge- together, we will build a new way to live that prioritises your physical health and mental clarity.

Gratitude and Graduation
Every Man on a Mission™ and The Comeback™ graduate ends their journey with a celebration dinner and reflection on how far they’ve come. Give gratitude to yourself for the previous months’ achievements and commit to maintaining the blueprint you have watched yourself build and implement. Twelve months on from graduation, we will call you to hear about your successes.

What is the difference between Physical Coaching and hybrid Coaching?
Physical Coaching focusses on building your physical IQ and resilience through your bespoke gym program and face to face coaching, while also creating the clarity and commitment for you to train and move independently.
Hybrid Coaching programs do all of that AND also include dedicated Performance and Life Coaching sessions away from the gym where you and your Coach set and pursue goals which may have nothing to do with physical training.
The 90 day Man on a Mission™ program : how exactly do you go about transforming three areas of my life in 90 days?
Often, making changes to your physical routine go hand-in-hand with other big life shifts – Man on a Mission ™ seeks to capitalise on this phenomenon- as an M.O.M client you will go through a Wheel of Life exercise at the start of your program to identify two other areas of your life, outside of your physical health, that you wish to target for massive improvement with your Coach. Every week, aside from training hard in the gym and following your solo movement protocols, you will take specific action, that you have set for yourself, to move the needle in two Wheel of Life segments that you’ve committed to elevating.
Being more present in the evening with your children, re-prioritising your romantic relationship, pivoting your professional direction or putting together a new financial infrastructure- all these areas and others have been chosen by clients as areas of focus alongside training in our Man on a Mission ™ program.
I am interested in doing the Growth Retreat ™ but don’t know my availability yet- can I start the Man on a Mission ™ program and book the retreat with you after a few weeks?
In short- yes. If you know you’re ready to do something but are unsure whether to start with the retreat or do the standard program, we’d advise you start with what you know you can do- if you’re London-based, then that would be the M.O.M program. Sometimes people do the two day Growth Retreat ™ because they’re not sure they’re ready to commit to a longer Coaching program- that can be an incredible standalone experience for some. For others it’s the gateway to committing to a more sustained and all-encompassing program to follow up on the insights from the retreat and lock in new habits and mindsets for good.
